WORK-READINESS ACADEMY

Work-Readiness Academy is a distance learning program delivered three days a week. The program consists of 12 hours of training in Job Search/Job-Readiness, Interviewing, Financial Management and Stress Management.

This class requires a pre- and post-test assessment. Upon successful completion of this course and passing of the assessment earns the customer a work-readiness certification which is issued through Middle Rio Grande Workforce Board. The Academy can be accessed through your smartphone, tablet and computer.
